One of the sweetest couples I have grown to known. Jeff reached out to me about a surprise engagement for him and Michelle. He knew he wanted to go to Bell Isle as downtown Detroit is special to both of them. Jeff created the perfect moment for them to share, Michelle was absolutely shocked with joy.
